These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 345ph platform, including all games, services, promotions, and account features. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

Each 345ph user is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to immediate termination with forfeiture of funds.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 345ph will conduct age verification through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures requiring submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed or where the user is found to be under 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending bonuses forfeited, and any funds returned subject to anti-money laundering review.
The 345ph Platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines who are subject to Philippine jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the 345ph Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your jurisdiction. 345ph does not represent that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any location outside the Philippines.

To access 345ph gaming services, you must create a single account using a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep such information updated.
Each individual may maintain only one (1) 345ph account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, mobile numbers, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. 345ph may terminate all associated accounts, forfeit all balances, and refer the matter to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 345ph login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. You must notify 345ph support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account. 345ph will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access arising from your failure to maintain adequate security.
345ph is required under PAGCOR regulation to conduct identity verification. You must provide a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID) before your first withdrawal can be processed. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account restriction.
All 345ph account transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion on the Platform.
345ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, Metrobank, PNB (Philippine National Bank), and other payment methods as updated from time to time on the Platform. All payment methods must be registered in your own name — third-party payments are not permitted.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your 345ph wallet within thirty (30) seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers via InstaPay are credited within five (5) minutes. 345ph reserves the right to hold deposits pending verification in cases where fraud or money laundering is suspected.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes of request submission, subject to KYC completion and security review. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. 345ph charges no withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
345ph is subject to Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. Withdrawals may be subject to enhanced review for transactions meeting reporting thresholds. 345ph may request additional documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification request.
345ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements are calculated on bonus funds only unless otherwise specified.
345ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonuses where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or using betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements with minimal risk. Such conduct may result in account termination.
345ph reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable PAGCOR requirements. Promotional offers are not transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated.
All games available on the 345ph Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.
345ph's gaming systems are designed and tested to operate correctly. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcomes, 345ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to player wallets. 345ph will not be liable for system downtime or technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
All random number generation (RNG) systems used in non-live games on 345ph are certified by independent testing agencies. Live casino games are governed by physical card and equipment operations conducted by trained dealers under supervision.
You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the 345ph Platform:
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

345ph is required to share player data with PAGCOR upon request and with Philippine law enforcement authorities pursuant to lawful orders, including under the Anti-Money Laundering Act. 345ph will not sell or share personal data with third-party advertisers without your explicit consent.
All content on the 345ph Platform — including but not limited to the 345ph logo, brand name, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and audiovisual materials — is the property of 345ph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any 345ph content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 345ph and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, game outcome results, or service interruptions.
345ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your 345ph account wallet at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
The 345ph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 345ph makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious code. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
345ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:
Upon legitimate account closure not resulting from Terms violation, your remaining wallet balance (less any pending bonus amounts under active wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to AML review.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 345ph support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days.
These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 345ph Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and 345ph, you agree to first contact 345ph support via live chat to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the matter cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution process as applicable, or refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines.
345ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version of the Terms will always be available at https://345ph.vip/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
For material changes, 345ph will notify registered players via SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number or via on-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the 345ph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
